Instagram app privacy policy
This notice describes how VEL NextKy Engine supports the Instagram account @vel.beauty.salon inside NextKy Chat. It covers this Instagram integration, separately from the salon website’s general privacy notice.

The app helps authorised VEL staff organise Instagram comments, messages and offer campaigns. The integration is currently under testing and automatic sending is disabled.
Data the integration may handle
Depending on the permissions granted and what Meta makes available, data may include account, user and post identifiers; usernames when available; comment and message text; interaction times; campaign participation; and whether a person follows VEL when Meta makes that status available and the offer requires it.
How VEL uses the data
VEL uses this information to answer enquiries, carry out requested campaigns, prevent duplicate participation, and track participation and delivery status. This notice does not mean every listed data type is collected in every interaction.
Connection security and staff access
Connection credentials are stored encrypted. Operational access is restricted to authorised staff. This integration uses Instagram and Meta services; this notice describes the data held by VEL for the integration, not Meta’s own storage or privacy practices.
Your choices
You can remove the app’s authorisation through Instagram’s account settings where authorised apps are managed. Removing authorisation and requesting deletion of data already stored by VEL are separate actions. To request deletion, follow the instructions linked below.

يوضح هذا الإشعار استخدام VEL NextKy Engine لخدمة حساب Instagram @vel.beauty.salon داخل NextKy Chat. وهو خاص بهذا التكامل، ومنفصل عن إشعار خصوصية موقع الصالون العام.
وظيفة التطبيق
يساعد التطبيق موظفي VEL المخوّلين على تنظيم تعليقات Instagram ورسائله وحملات العروض. التكامل حالياً تحت الاختبار، والإرسال التلقائي متوقف.
البيانات التي قد يعالجها التكامل
بحسب الصلاحيات الممنوحة وما تتيحه Meta، قد تشمل البيانات معرّفات الحسابات والمستخدمين والمنشورات، وأسماء المستخدمين عند توفرها، ونصوص التعليقات والرسائل، وأوقات التفاعل، ومشاركات الحملات، وحالة متابعة VEL عندما تتيحها Meta ويتطلبها العرض.
استخدام البيانات
تُستخدم المعلومات لخدمة الاستفسارات، وتنفيذ الحملات المطلوبة، ومنع تكرار المشاركة، ومتابعة حالة المشاركة والتسليم. ولا يعني ذكر نوع من البيانات هنا أنه يُجمع في كل تفاعل.
حماية الربط والوصول
تُحفظ بيانات اعتماد الربط مشفّرة، ويقتصر الوصول التشغيلي على الموظفين المخوّلين. يستخدم التكامل خدمات Instagram وMeta؛ وهذا الإشعار يخص البيانات المخزنة لدى VEL لهذا التكامل، ولا يصف تخزين Meta أو سياساتها الخاصة.
خياراتك
يمكنك إلغاء تفويض التطبيق من إعدادات حساب Instagram الخاصة بإدارة التطبيقات المصرّح لها. إلغاء التفويض وطلب حذف البيانات المخزنة سابقاً لدى VEL إجراءان منفصلان. اتبع تعليمات الحذف المرتبطة أدناه لطلب الحذف.
للاستفسارات المتعلقة بالخصوصية وطلبات الحذف، أرسل رسالة خاصة إلى @vel.beauty.salon على Instagram.
