Request deletion of Instagram app data
Use these instructions to request deletion of data held by VEL through VEL NextKy Engine for the Instagram account @vel.beauty.salon inside NextKy Chat.

Send a private Instagram message to @vel.beauty.salon saying: “Please delete my VEL NextKy Engine data.” Where possible, send it from the Instagram account associated with the request. Include the relevant Instagram username and, if helpful, the campaign or interaction you mean. Do not post the request as a public comment.
2. Never send credentials
A deletion request does not require your password, a verification code or an Access Token. Do not include these in your message.
3. Explain which stored data the request concerns
The request can concern the identifiers, usernames, comments, messages, interaction times and campaign participation or delivery records held by VEL for this integration. You can ask for deletion of your data from the integration without naming every individual record.
Removing authorisation is a separate action
To revoke the app’s permission to access your Instagram account, use Instagram’s account settings for authorised apps and remove VEL NextKy Engine if it is listed. Menu names may vary. Revoking authorisation does not by itself request deletion of data already stored by VEL; send the direct message described above as well.
Scope of the request
These instructions concern data held by VEL for this integration. They do not promise deletion from Meta’s servers. Instagram and Meta manage their own data and account controls.

١. أرسل رسالة خاصة إلى VEL
أرسل رسالة خاصة على Instagram إلى @vel.beauty.salon تقول فيها: «أطلب حذف بياناتي من VEL NextKy Engine». يُفضّل إرسالها من حساب Instagram المرتبط بالطلب، مع اسم المستخدم المعني، واسم الحملة أو التفاعل إن كان ذلك مفيداً. لا تنشر الطلب بتعليق عام.
٢. لا ترسل بيانات الدخول
طلب الحذف لا يحتاج كلمة سر أو رمز تحقق أو Access Token. لا تُرسل أياً منها ضمن الرسالة.
٣. وضّح البيانات المقصودة
يمكن أن يشمل الطلب المعرّفات وأسماء المستخدمين والتعليقات والرسائل وأوقات التفاعل وسجلات المشاركة بالحملات أو التسليم المخزنة لدى VEL لهذا التكامل. يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك من التكامل بدون تعداد كل سجل على حدة.
إلغاء التفويض إجراء منفصل
لإلغاء صلاحية التطبيق للوصول إلى حساب Instagram، افتح إعدادات الحساب الخاصة بالتطبيقات المصرّح لها وأزل VEL NextKy Engine إن كان ظاهراً. قد تختلف أسماء القوائم. إلغاء التفويض لا يطلب تلقائياً حذف البيانات المخزنة سابقاً لدى VEL؛ أرسل أيضاً الرسالة الخاصة الموضّحة أعلاه.
نطاق الطلب
تخص التعليمات البيانات المخزنة لدى VEL لهذا التكامل، ولا تتعهد بحذف بيانات من خوادم Meta. تدير Instagram وMeta بياناتهما وأدوات التحكم بالحساب بشكل مستقل.
